How to Register

How to Register:

  • In Person: Visit the Neighborhood Club at 17150 Waterloo. You can download a copy of the latest activity brochure by click here. The reception office is open for registration, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • By Mail: Send the completed registration form along with your charge authorization or check payable to Neighborhood Club and mail to Neighborhood Club, 17150 Waterloo, Grosse Pointe, MI 48230.
    Online: Click to select Youth activity, Adult activity or Search to start your registration. To register activities online, you need to sign up and establish an account during your first visit.  Your payment information will be required to complete the registration process.  Confirmation of registration will be sent to your email address after processed by the office.

Please Register Early:
The best way to guarantee that your class and league will run as planned is to register right away. Register online at our website www.neighborhoodclub.org.

Interest Free Electronic Payment Plan:
Payment of activity fees totaling $50 or more can be spread out over two electronic payments (with the exception of the Traditional Okinawan Karate). Fill out the Visa/MasterCard credit card information and check the split payment box if you want us to make two equal automatic charges to your Visa/MasterCard 30 days apart. Otherwise, your entire amount will be charged the day you register. These payment forms are available when you register online. They must be completed at the time of registration.

Financial Assistance for Youth Leagues:
Partial financial assistance is available for Grosse Pointe and Harper Woods residents. Arrangements must be made at least 7 days in advance of league deadline by calling 313.885.4600.

Activity Fee:
Payment or an electronic payment authorization must accompany the registration form. Registration forms can be downloaded by click here. Make checks payable to Neighborhood Club.

Refunds:
Refunds will be made if a registrant cancels prior to the second class or first game. A processing fee of $15 will be deducted from each refund. If the Neighborhood Club cancels an activity due to insufficient enrollment, all fees will be refunded. For one-session activities, refund requests must be made at least one day before class starts. A processing fee of $5 will be deducted from each onesession activity refund. Swim lesson refund policy:
A full refund will be given if a participant cancels more than 24 hours before the first class of the session. A 75% refund will be given if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours before the first class of the session. There are no refunds after the first class.
