Payment and Refund Information

  • Payment Method:  We accept:  Cash, Personal Checks, Visa and MasterCard.  Payment must accompany your registration.  Fill in the necessary credit card information on registration form online or mail to 17150 Waterloo, Grosse Pointe, MI  48230 or fax to 313.885.2418.  If checks are used, please make checks payable to Neighborhood Club.

  • Internet Free Electronic Payment Plan:  Payment of activity fees over $50 can be spread out over two electronic payments.  Fill out the Visa/MasterCard credit card authorization form and check the box if you want us to make two equal automatic charges to your Visa/MasterCard 30 days apart.  Otherwise, your entire amount will be charged the day you register.  These payment forms are available online, in our program brochure (page 31), or at the Neighborhood Club office.  They must be completed at the time of registration

  • RefundsRefunds will be made if a registrant cancels prior to the second class or first game.  A processing fee of $15.00 will be deducted from each refund.  If the Neighborhood Club cancels an activity due to insufficient enrollment, all fees will be refunded.  For one session activities, refund requests must be made at least one day before class starts.  A processing fee of $5 will be deducted from each refund. 

Inclement Weather Policy:

In case of inclement weather, call the Neighborhood Club at 313-885-4600 or visit our web site to find out if cancellation occurs.  If the tape or this site does not specify that your activity is cancelled, report to the activity. When Grosse Pointe schools are closed, Neighborhood Club indoor activities will not be scheduled.
