The Neighborhood Club and Extreme Gym in Warren are teaming up to offer gymnastic classes this Fall!

All classes take place at:
                                            Extreme Gym,

Fee:       $170/session

Wednesday Mornings:
9:45 - 10:25 am - KinderGym
10:30 - 11 am - Mommy (Daddy) & Me
11:am - 11:40am - Kinder Gym
11:45am - 12:45pm - Open Gym 6 & under - $10 per child/visit paid at Extreme Gym

Wednesday Evenings:
5-5:30pm - Intro to Gym - Girls
6 - 6:30pm - Mommy (Daddy) & Me
6:30 - 7:10pm - Kinder Gym
7:10 - 8pm - Intro to Gym - Girls

Fridays Evenings:
5-5:40pm - Kinder Gym
5:40 - 6:30pm - Intro to Gym- Girls
6:30 - 7pm - Mommy (Daddy) & Me
7 - 7:50pm - Intro to Gym - Boys

Mommy(Daddy) & Me (Boys & Girls Under 3 years) 8:1 ratio
An interactive "learn and play" class that allows the parent and their toddler (walking to 3 years) to interact and explore safe ways to help their child in learning basic behavioral and fundamentals along with developmental gymnastics skills

KinderGym (Boys & Girls 3-5 years) 6:1 ratio
This class will introduce 3-5 year olds to basic gymnastics skills using preschool sized gymnastics equipment such as balance beam, incline mats, uneven bars etc. Students will independently follow circuits with coaches' example and direction. Trampoline & foam pit will also be used.

Intro to Gym (Boys class & Girls classes, Ages 6 & up) 8:1 ratio
This class offers an introduction to gymnastics. Students will learn the fundamentals of all Olympic apparatus as well as flexibility, tumbling, trampoline & foam pit.
