Adaptive Indoor Rowing - Winter/Spring 2024

Adaptive Rowing 10 years to Adult
An introduction to rowing for children and adults with mental and/or physical limitations.  This group workout uses state-of-the art Concept ll Rowing Ergometers. Family members are encouraged to register and join the workout.

Winter session:
Fridays:        Don't worry, this activity will resume in the Winter.
Fee:             $36/11 weeks
Time:            5 - 6 pm
Location:      Neighborhood Club Recreation and Wellness Center, Lower Level Rowing Room

Spring session:
Fridays:       April 5 - June 14
Fee:             $36/11 weeks
Time:            5 - 6 pm
