Fitness: Sound Bowl

Crystal singing bowls promote deep healing through vibrational frequencies that resonate within the body.  Made from pure quarts crystal, these bowls penetrate to the cellular level, supporting stress relief, focus, improved sleep and emotional release.  They also help regulate blood pressure, heart rate, and energy flow across the body's chakras - its natural healing centers.

Please bring:  Yoga mat  -  Eye mask (recommended) - water
                       Bolster and blankets provided
